 I’ve been working with children and adolescents for over 15 years. I believe in providing youth with a safe space where they feel respected and empowered. I'm compassionate and strive to guide and support clients with embracing their strengths to find their unique path. I'm also empathetic and see each client with openness and deep understanding. Outside of work, I greatly enjoy spending time with my family. I'm a mother of two beautiful girls and watching them grow has been a true blessing for me. I like to get lost in deep conversations and luckily, I have a partner that takes that dive. I also enjoy exercising, meditating and reading.  I'm free spirited and I like to say that “I’m a kid at heart” creating fun will always be a part of me. Lastly, kindness is an important value, I believe the more we practice kindness, the more the human connection is an unstoppable force.
